Problem
The client operates across several legal entities in multiple jurisdictions, including Cyprus, Serbia, and the UAE. Their business combines construction, rental operations, and investment activities. When they first contacted us, they needed better control over finance, documents, payments, and communications.
Before the project, the company relied on fragmented tools and manual processes. Accounting was managed in the 1C:Enterprise platform, bills were processed manually, there was no electronic signing process, and communications were not centralized. This made their daily operations slower, increased their administrative work, and limited overall visibility across companies and jurisdictions.
Solution
VentorTech implemented a multi-company Odoo platform to unify key business operations in one system. The solution included the following: automated bill capture from emails, bank synchronization and reconciliation, electronic document signing, rental subscriptions with Stripe’s automatic payments, and integrated user and customer communications.
A custom rent roll report was also developed to give the team a transparent view of rental operations and better support for financial tracking.

Results
The client moved from disconnected tools to a centralized Odoo platform for multi-company operations. Bill processing became more automated, bank reconciliation is now easier, rental payments are streamlined through Stripe, and document signing has become digitized.
