The connector links your MyParcel account to Odoo, so the whole flow from quotation to shipment stays in Odoo. Shipping rates come from MyParcel by API while you create a quotation or sales order, or you use your own fixed rates. At the delivery stage you can change any shipping option, and when the transfer is validated Odoo gets the tracking number and shipping label from MyParcel / PostNL. Parcels can go to the customer address or to a MyParcel / PostNL pickup point anywhere in the European Union.

Supported versions and requirements

- One licence covers one production Odoo database plus its staging and development copies

Does the connector work with PostNL?
Yes. It works through your MyParcel account, and all MyParcel / PostNL package types and delivery options are available in Odoo.
Can I use my own shipping rates?
Yes. You can get dynamic rates from MyParcel by API or set up your own fixed rates.
How do I print the shipping labels?
Labels arrive in Odoo after the transfer is validated. They can be printed automatically with Odoo Direct Print or from a barcode scanner with the Ventor mobile app.
Can parcels go to a pickup point?
Yes. Parcels can be delivered to the customer address or to a MyParcel / PostNL pickup point.
Which Odoo versions are supported?
Odoo 14 to 20, Community and Enterprise, on Odoo.sh or on-premise. Odoo Online is not supported.
