Business Problem

The company needed to move its product catalog to Odoo, but the data was stored in a fragmented structure with inconsistent product names, categories, attributes, and pricing information. This made it difficult to manage products centrally and prepare the system for further automation.

Solution

We analyzed and cleaned the existing catalog data, mapped product fields to the correct Odoo structure, and performed a controlled migration to Odoo. Special attention was given to product categories, variants, attributes, prices, and related product information to ensure the catalog would be easy to manage after migration.
