As a fintech company, our client was already operating on Odoo 15 Enterprise, but as business requirements evolved, the company faced increasing complexity in scaling and optimizing its ERP environment. With a small in-house team of Odoo developers, there was a clear need for additional expertise to accelerate development, improve system efficiency, and ensure alignment with Odoo best practices.
To support further ERP evolution, the company sought a partner capable of delivering strategic consultancy, in-depth system analysis, targeted training, and full-cycle development.
Key Solution
VentorTech began the engagement with consultancy and a detailed analysis of the existing Odoo environment. This initial phase helped identify key improvement areas, set priorities, and define a structured roadmap for further Odoo ERP development.
Based on this assessment, we then upgraded our client from Odoo 15 Enterprise to Odoo 17 version, establishing a modern, scalable foundation for future initiatives.
Following the upgrade, the project moved into the implementation phase, combining development and team training. As part of this work, we delivered a range of business-critical enhancements, including:
- Employee Expense Reporting module
- Vendor Portal
- Tender, Bidding and Evaluation Flow
- Consolidated Financial Reporting module enhancements
This phased approach enabled our client to first assess and optimize the system landscape, then modernize the platform, and finally extend Odoo with functionality tailored to specific operational requirements.
