Solution

VentorTech implemented Odoo as a centralized platform for CRM, sales, project management, timesheets, invoicing, expenses, and HR. Each project became a central source of contract details, employee allocations, rates, budgets, planned and actual hours, and reporting data. Custom timesheet autofill, reminders, automated invoicing, expense tracking, HR workflows, and Harvest integration were introduced to reduce manual work and provide managers with real-time operational insights.

Results

Invoices that previously took several days to prepare can now be generated within minutes, allowing one accountant to complete the monthly invoicing cycle within a few days. Around 250 employees can quickly submit timesheets, while managers can monitor project budgets, planned versus actual performance, and employee availability in real time. The company also gained a complete, centralized history of every customer and project, improving control, efficiency, and decision-making.
