Business Problem
Jiffy came to us as they needed a mobile application tailored for their warehouse staff to streamline tasks: inventory operation management, order picking, and communication by providing real-time data and tools used directly on the warehouse floor for faster, more accurate, and cost-effective operations.
Key Solution
While working with Jiffy, we enhanced their Odoo-based WMS by significantly improving expiration date management in the Ventor PRO mobile app. We also introduced streamlined scrap management, which was included in the latest Ventor PRO release. In addition, we also connected WMS operations and converted Odoo to the central financial system for CFOs.
Results
With these improvements Jiffy's warehouse team got a possibility to track product expiration dates and manage scrapped goods 2× more efficiently, which resulted in reduced waste, improved stock rotation, and more accurate inventory control. Moreover, our app allowed the company to conduct its operations with real-time financial management.
