Ventor.tech is a company specialized in Inventory, Sales and Purchasing Systems based on Odoo ERP Framework.

We are a dedicated team of engineers, managers and analysts with 10 years of experience in implementing and automation of sales, purchase and warehouse processes for SMEs.

We are experts in our field, among our clients there are large global organizations and vendors (EU/US/AUS). In our company, you will get the opportunity to work on projects or/and on our own products, improve business processes for clients, and reach a new level of understanding & automation of Sales, Purchases, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Accounting.

Now we’re looking for an Odoo Developer to participate in one of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing business issues and customer’s requirements;
• Code analysis of third-party modules;
• Implementation of modules based on the provided technical specifications; changes can be in .xml, .py and .js;
• Implementation of automatic tests (including UI- and load- tests);
• Supporting for your solutions and bug fixing;
• Maintaining internal project-related documentation;

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Python experience;
• Proficiency in Odoo Framework and Git;
• Familiarity with Docker, SQL, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript/CSS/OWL;
• Experience in integrating Odoo with applications via REST API;
• Basic business analysis skills and English proficiency (B1 level);

Optional (but advantageous):

• Experience with AWS, CI/CD DevOps tools, or other ERP systems;
• Advanced troubleshooting skills;
