VentorTech is a dedicated team of engineers, managers and analysts with 10 years of experience in implementing and automating sales, purchase and warehouse processes for SMEs. We are experts in our field, among our clients there are large global organizations and vendors (EU/US/AUS).

We’re looking for a skilled Accountant to join our thriving team. If you excel in managing financial data, have an eye for detail, and thrive in ensuring financial accuracy, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Full accounting of the company;
• Payroll processing;
• Preparation of analyses, reports, monthly balances, income statements for internal purposes and for external institutions;
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings;
• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs;
• Prepare tax documents.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting (including all month’s closing cycle and reports to tax department, statistic and etc);
• Good knowledge of Polish accounting standards and experience of working in Polish companies;
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field;
• Good spoken and written Polish (B2) and English (B1) skills and fluently Russian;
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Optional (but advantageous):

• Experience as a Chief Accountant;
• Experience of accounting in IT-sector.
