Business Problem

Nextink came to us while they were using Excel for managing internal processes. The company had grown and came to realize that using Excel spreadsheets and separate local accounting systems had become increasingly difficult. Key processes, such as CRM, HR, contract management, and invoicing, relied heavily on manual work. Each year, the team handled hundreds of contracts and thousands of invoices, spending significant time on data entry, checking calculations, and consolidating information from multiple companies and countries.

Solution

We started our work with a series of workshops to understand how the business operated and identify the areas where automation would bring the biggest value. Based on our findings, we decided to implement Odoo ERP as a single platform for CRM, timesheets, contract management, invoicing, and reporting.

One of the largest improvements was a custom contract creation wizard. Instead of creating multiple records manually, users could enter all required information in one place and generate contracts, assign employees, plan projects, and create all related documents automatically. Moreover, we streamlined invoicing between companies, improved access rights management, and set up consolidated reporting across the group.

Results

Using Odoo ERP enabled the removal of much manual work that had been slowing the team down. Contract creation time was reduced by 93.3%, invoicing became faster and more reliable across multiple entities, and management gained clear visibility into financial performance without relying on dozens of Excel spreadsheets.
