VentorTech is a company specialized in Inventory, Sales and Purchasing Systems based on Odoo ERP Framework.
We are experts in our field, among our clients there are large global organizations and vendors (EU/US/AUS). In our company, you will get the opportunity to work on projects or our own products, improve business processes for clients, and reach a new level of understanding & automation of Sales, Purchases, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Accounting.
The company is also actively developing its product line. Several web and mobile products have already been successfully launched. At the moment, we’re looking for a Support Engineer, with a desire to directly impact product improvement and customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming support tickets from customers experiencing issues with Odoo modules. Ensure timely responses and high satisfaction levels among customers;
- Perform initial troubleshooting of issues reported by customers, utilizing diagnostic skills to identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems;
- Work closely with the product development team to escalate complex issues that require advanced intervention, sharing insights from customer feedback to aid in product improvement and bug fixing;
- Assist in the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, including FAQs, user guides, and how-to videos, to empower customers and reduce future ticket volumes;
Requirements:
- Basic principles of software debugging;
- Level of spoken and written English B2+;
- Understanding of customer service principles;
Optional (but advantageous):
- Basic knowledge of Python, XML, PostgreSQL;
- Knowledge and experience with Odoo ERP will be a big advantage;
- Experience as Support Engineer;
