Ventor.tech is a dedicated team of engineers, managers and analysts with 10 years of experience in implementing and automating sales, purchase and warehouse processes for SMEs. We are experts in our field, among our clients there are large global organizations and vendors (EU/US/AUS).

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a talent for meticulous organization, exceptional communication skills, and a drive to deliver project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives;
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner;
• Prepare budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements;
• Track project costs in order to meet budget;
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan;
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress;
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution;
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed;
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of project management and related experience (Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle);
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools (e.g., JIRA, AHA, Trello), methodologies, and best practices, including Gantt charts;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a team of 7-10 people;
• Demonstrated ability to complete projects in accordance with outlined scope, budget, and timeline;
• Exceptional analytical skills and a proven track record of creatively solving problems;
• Language Proficiency: English – min B2 level and a Slavic language min B2 level (Belarusian, Ukrainian, or Russian).

Optional (but advantageous):

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred;
